The inspiration for Stater's Name and Logo
The company name “Stater” is derived from the stater gold coin that was circulated in ancient Macedonia.
Our corporate logo is based on Alexander the Great, who built the first world empire in history, which is the motif on the front of the gold coin (the reverse side of the actual coin is Nike, the goddess of victory, and the etymology of Nike, the famous sporting goods manufacturer).
This design, which shows a glimpse of one’s “real” face by opening the iron mask of the military uniform and contains the desire to have a frank conversation with everyone as a real person, not as a corporate warrior who is active in various disciplines and ties.
The word starter is derived from the ancient Greek word meaning “Weight”. We take the mission entrusted to us by all of you, the significant “Weight” of your career development and optimization, very seriously. Ultimately we would like to support your Limitless Growth to the extent that it can be compared to the great empire of Alexander the Great.

With a Sales Engineering background at a large-size industrial-machinery manufacturer, he has spent more than 16 years recruiting in Japanese and foreign-owned (British and Australian) recruitment companies managing Japanese subsidiaries of Foreign Companies He launched Stater, Inc. in November 2022.
